Queen City was founded in 1999 for working women, whether employed or retired. Queen City's primary

Women In Need is a
not-for-profit organization which provides assistance to working women who
are experiencing a financial setback. WIN earmarks its resources for women
who do not receive financial assistance from governmental agencies or for
